Loved our tidy rooms in this place.
We had an excellent stay in a long time. Everything was great, good location very close to the train station, the public transport and the Sorrento coast, skilful staff. The breakfast offered variety of appetising meals.

Everything was great, gorgeous location not far from a train station, a garden and taxi costing 20 euro from railway station, fairly nice experience. The room was good-sized and well-equipped and the views over the bay of Naples were great.

The view from the hotel is excellent. If you go to Sorrento for site-seeing, best is to just stay in the hotel and sit in the balcony or terrace. Hotel staff is very nice and friendly and bunlows are good with all the facilities.

The location of Baia Serena was beautiful with a very nice view. It was also perfectly located for trips to napoli / vesuvius / pompei and the amalfi coast (by car). Furthermore the staff of Baia Serena was very friendly and helpfull.

We had an amazing time at this villa! The views were incredible, especially from the pool where we could relax and watch the sunset. The apartment was private, clean, and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The host was super kind and helpful, giving us detailed instructions for using public transit and making us feel right at home. We can't wait to visit again!
The breakfast experience could have been improved a bit, but everything else was fantastic.
